We had a visit from Bertie Bear today as part of South Derbyshire School Sports 'Stand Up Derbyshire' campaign.
Bertie wants schools to make a pledge to be active for a minimum of 50% of the school day. This could include involving families in some activities; doing an active assembly; building short bursts of physical activity into the school day; making lessons such as Maths and English active; running playground challenges; organising lunchtime and after school clubs; and all children taking part in PE throughout the day.
So we challenged Bertie to complete our new Ninja Trail!
Unfortunately not the ones with chocolate chips.
